Work Week Style Inspiration Board | October, Week 3

I've been in a shopping mood lately!  My purse literally cried this weekend.  I called a news station.  It wasn't natural.

I am always looking for good pieces that are transitional.  I need to be able to par down a work outfit to work for the weekend, or bring it up a notch, so it is appropriate for a formal occasion.  I'm cheap, and if my separates can't get enough runway time, then I don't bother.  This week's inspiration board is all about items I can transition for different occasions.

To transition these pieces:

• The statement necklace I would wear with t-shirts, crew neck sweaters, or this awesome Gap dress


• The Express crew neck sweater can be worn with skinny black pants, jeans, or the midi skirt pictured


• The Gap dress pictured can be worn to work with a blazer or worn to a cold-weather wedding with black tights and patent leather heels.
